People often make assumptions that these comics are autobiographical or based on things going on in my life at the moment. This isn’t necessarily true. I actually have very specific personalities for each of these characters and when I write about them, I come up with a topic, put them in the situation and think through how they would react, not necessarily how I would react. Not to say there isn’t a little bit of me in each of them, there definitely is (some more than others). But I think it makes things more interesting/funny when I let their ridiculous personalities out.
